The VOCE model was completed in June 2023. VOCE is a retail & mixed use project located in Nashville, TN off of West End, 18th Avenue and Hayes Street. This 25-story high-rise will contain apartment and hotel space spread over 15 floors, with 2 floors allocated for office space. At the rooftop level there is a resort-like pool and amenity space including restaurant and spa.
